Passion, dedication and tradition

At Villa Liss we produce specialty coffee at Agrofinca Villa Liss, located in the high valleys of Carabobo state, in the Palmichal sector of the Bejuma municipality. Thanks to our humid forest climate and altitude of 1,150 meters above sea level, we create ideal conditions for growing exceptional coffees.

Our Coffees

Our coffee plantation has the varieties Castillo, Monte Claro and Bourbon Amarillo, grown under shade using environmentally friendly practices.

We harvest coffee manually, carefully selecting only the best fruits at their optimal state of ripeness, thus guaranteeing exceptional coffee.

Taking care of every detail

Once the best beans have been harvested, we carry out a controlled fermentation process that enhances the coffee's sensory notes.

Our drying method is 100% natural, on African beds, continuously monitoring temperature and humidity, to ensure quality and complexity in every cup.

The roasting process is led by our Roaster and co-founder, Ivan Ascanio, who ensures a precise medium roast, achieving a perfect balance between sweetness, bitterness, and acidity. This method enhances the unique characteristics of our terroir, resulting in coffees with complex and memorable notes, the hallmark of Villa Liss.
